We help local authorities, the NHS, and leaders of local organisations to deliver community engagement services to ensure that issues important to local people are heard.
HEALTHWATCH DELIVERY
We engage with and listen to patients, the public, carers, volunteers, and community partners to influence the commissioning and running of community services.
We are proud to have delivered the Healthwatch Central West London for 10 years and have been delivering Healthwatch Enfield since June 2021.
OUR APPROACH
Everything we do is rooted in community connections and collaboration. From advocacy to local Healthwatch, we combine our core community collaboration methodology with the knowledge and expertise of our volunteers and community partners.
ADVOCACY
Working with The Advocacy Project, we provide professional and supportive advocacy support to local residents to help people navigate the NHS complaints process. We listen effectively, providing one-to-one guidance and support, and signpost people to relevant services.
